  Elena Randi is a Full Professor at the University of Padua, where she teaches History of Dance and also History of Theatre and Performance.

  Her publications deal both Romantic theatre and dance of the early twentieth century. Among her latest monographs, we mention Protagonisti della danza del XX secolo (2014) and La modern dance. Teorie e protagonisti (2018). Her Italian translation of Ted Shawn, Every Little Movement (Audino, 2018) has recently been published.
